Parameter Measurement of Edible Sunflower Exudates and Calibration of Discrete Element Simulation Parameters

To improve the accuracy of parameters used in discrete element simulation tests process clearing fresh sunflowers, this study took extracts sunflower as research object and a combination physical experiments to calibrate parameters. First, composition edible extract is determined, then, test method determine characteristics material. Based on results basis, Plackett–Burman screen significance parameters, screening show that shear modulus, static friction coefficient, collision recovery coefficient kernels have significant effects simulated angle repose. On basis steepest climbing test, Box–Behnken carried out obtain repose significance. The second-order regression equation texture optimized with actual (24.68°) target value optimal parameter combination. Finally, through two-sample T p > 0.05 obtained, indicating are not significantly different, relative error 0.923%, which verifies reliability calibrated can be extraction extracts.
